Capabilities

Project Highlights

  • SPC Commercial Services Division project.

  • The HVAC equipment on this project included three rooftop gas packs, serving 41 fan-powered VAV boxes. There will be DDC controls provided by Champion Systems to control the HVAC equipment.

  • Duct work on this project is concealed flat oval and spiral medium pressure along with rectangular and round low-pressure duct, provided by MKT Metal Fabricators.

  • Trade coordination proved to be a challenging aspect of this project. Early planning and close communication with the Hudson Brothers team, led by Tom Moye, helped to overcome this challenge. Equipment procurement was a hurdle that was made easier through quick submittal turn-around to release long lead time equipment and materials.
