Startup and Commissioning Assistance services are a major component in ensuring that every project at SPC is successfully turned over. Involvement by the Startup Team throughout the project allows for consistent practices and an expedited Commissioning Process.

What we do?

The Startup and Commissioning Assistance team assists SPC’s field team in verifying the quality of installation and programming. The team is deeply involved in the installation and starting of equipment, as well as the testing, training and turnover of each equipment, as well as the system/building overall.

Who is involved?

At SPC Mechanical our Startup and Commissioning Team includes our Startup Technicians, as well as Project Manager(s), Superintendent(s) and Foremen who are onsite every day. They ensure the work being done is compliant with all drawings, specifications and manufacturer documentation; and coordinate the startup timeline with all parties on the project. The team uses information from the drawings and specs, as well as manufacturer information, to ensure every piece of equipment is ready to operate properly immediately after turnover.
