Project Highlights

  • Facility serves as home to NCSU departments of Civil, Construction, Environmental, and Industrial Engineering. The architectural design of the building exterior is aesthetically pleasing and will serve as an iconic landmark for the NCSU Engineering Oval on Centennial Campus.

  • Plumbing scope installation of various piping systems including domestic water and waste, laboratory gases, specialty hi-purity hydraulic, and steam.

  • Emergency eye wash stations include tempered water set at ninety degrees, regulated by mixing valves.

    High quality tooling labs include hi-purity stainless steel piping, hot and cold water, non-potable water, vacuum air, compressed air, oxygen, nitrogen gas, and acid waste drains.

  • Majority of all plumbing systems were prefabricated at SPC Mechanical fabrication facility in Winston-Salem (now located in Elon).
