A special shout out to PM Addison Powell who was called in from the Bullpen at the bottom of the 9th inning and did whatever was necessary (including self-performing some work into multiple late evenings) to shepherd the Final Inspections across the finish line on schedule! The TAB contractor completed the water side balancing at Wiley today, and was happy to report that there were ZERO punch list items or issues to address. This is on par with our air side balancing, which to date, has 3 outstanding items (to no fault of SPC). This is a direct reflection on the quality of work that Willie and his team installed at Wiley. With as many challenges as this project has posed to the collective group, Gilbane has been fortunate to have the mechanical and piping expertise that SPC deployed to this job.
